Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of your personal data is: Cultural Center “Zameczek” in Kielce, ul. Słowackiego 23. Processing of Personal Data

Cultural Center “Zameczek” and OK “Ziemowit” perform public tasks of an educational, cultural and entertainment nature. Data is collected and processed in order to perform tasks arising from legal provisions and statutory activities. Your data is processed on legal grounds, including the Act on organizing and conducting cultural activities, duties and tasks assigned by institutions superior to the cultural center, on the basis of concluded contracts and consents expressed. The Administrator processes your personal data to the strictly defined minimum extent necessary to achieve the purpose referred to above. Depending on the processing activities your personal data are subjected to, providing personal data may be voluntary, necessary for the performance of the contract or required by law.

Data Recipients

The recipients of your personal data may be companies of the following categories: those supporting the implementation of classes/workshops, those handling the distribution of invitations, hosting companies, IT services, those handling video monitoring, sending online bulletins, carrying out statutory classes and workshops, as well as authorized public administration bodies pursuant to legal provisions.

Data storage

Personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and in accordance with the archiving deadlines specified in the competence acts (e.g. the Accounting Act for up to 6 years) or until you withdraw your consent.

Data Submission Requirement

Providing your personal data is obligatory if so specified in the law or voluntary if it is based on your consent or is intended to conclude a contract. The consequence of not providing data may be the inability to perform certain activities or the inability to conclude a contract (e.g. participation in classes).

Rights of Persons

Each person, with exceptions reserved by law, has the opportunity to:

• the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data
• the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data
• the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten)
• the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data
• the right to transfer data
• the right to object to data processing.

The above rights can be exercised at the Administrator’s office by writing to the Administrator’s address or electronically by sending correspondence to the IOD’s e-mail address.

Transferring Data Outside the EU

This is possible, but only with your consent, if you are a participant in international projects whose reach extends beyond EU countries. Each time, the information will be included in the regulations.

Automated Decision Making and Data Profiling

Your data is not subject to automated decisions or profiling.

Video Monitoring

In order to ensure the safety of people, property, data and information, the building of DK “Zameczek”, OK “Ziemowit” and their immediate surroundings are covered by video monitoring. The data administrator of the monitoring system is DK “Zameczek”. Right to File a Complaint If you believe that the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The current contact details for the supervisory authority and how to submit a complaint are available at https://uodo.gov.pl/
