The City Hall in Kielce allocated a building at ul. Słowackiego 23 to the Youth Cultural Center.

At the reporting and election conference of the ZSMP Municipal Board, the decision on the allocation of premises for the Youth Cultural Center is communicated to the participants by the First Secretary of the PZPR Municipal Committee in Kielce, Zdzisław Skowron.

Decision of the City Hall transferring the building at ul. to administration. Słowackiego 23 District Housing Enterprise in Kielce.
14.04.1982
Takeover of the building by the Administrator, i.e. RPGM Kielce, from the Health Care Complex.
23.04.1982
Signing of arrangements between ZM.ZSMP and RPGM specifying the parties’ obligations regarding the renovation of the building.

Application to the Provincial Office by ZM.ZSMP for financial resources for part of the renovation.

Youth work on open-pit works on walls and ceilings needed to determine the technical condition of the building.

The Department of Culture and Art of the Provincial Office in Kielce issues a decision to finance the costs of documentation and adaptation of the building intended for the MCK in the amount of PLN 13 million for 1984.

Completion of work on architectural and construction documentation prepared by “Miastoprojekt”.

Performing basic works in the renovated building, consisting of dismantling partition walls and replacing wooden ceilings with steel-ceramic ones.

Commencement of renovation works and entry to the construction site by the team of the Municipal Renovation and Construction Company in Kielce.
