We invite you to another meeting in the Travels with the Castle series, during which Ania and Tomasz Chałaciński will take participants on an extraordinary journey to the heart of Central Asia.

Uzbekistan – a country of legendary Silk Road cities, rich in history, architecture, and culture – will be the backdrop for stories about journeys through Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva, about traveling off the beaten track, and about encounters with people and places that will long remain in the memory.

📅 April 24th
🕕 6:00 PM

We cordially invite all lovers of travel, history, and distant destinations.

About the travelers:
They have shared their lives for over 30 years, and have been traveling the world together for almost 20.

They lived and worked in the UK for over a decade.

Although they have visited many European countries, the Middle East and North Africa hold a special place in their travel experiences. This is where they most often return, traveling independently in a rental car, according to their own itinerary. Ania is responsible for preparing and planning the routes, while Tomek drives them, complementing the trips with discoveries of places off the beaten track. Together, they run the blog Ślady na mapa (https://www.namapie.blog) and the handicraft workshop Pracownia pod Kasztanem. Tomasz also travels professionally. As a formwork carpenter, he works in various regions of Europe, which he also visits as part of his work.
