Halina Skrzeczyna lives and works in Skarżysko Kościelne. Painting and drawing are fascinating. She constantly searches and experiments in her paintings, and her works represent a combination of the past and the present. They are inspired by motifs from ancient art that appear in the context of social problems, history and the history of beauty.

“Reflections” is the title of the first solo exhibition, which demands experimenting and finding oneself. An exit from the “Four Seasons” series, where she places the legal figure from the works of famous masters (Jacek Malczewski, Giorgione, Rossetti, Velázquez) in a familiar Polish landscape, and moves on to portraits of friends, acquaintances, family, and people who fascinated her.
